STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math)

Choose to take science out of the classroom and into the outdoor to see experiments truly come to life. The Dr Lynne B Harrison Science Center offers physics, biology, chemistry and astronomy in partnership with the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, physiology & kinesiology in collaboration with The Wingate Institute in Israel as well as robotics.

Campers can learn from expert teachers using high level specialized equipment, perform a variety of experiments using the daily activities and environment of camp. At night, we offer a unique program to allow our campers to view the sky through specialized telescopes when our astronomy program continues for small group viewings.

Teen Campers with a high level interest in STEM based programming also have the opportunity to intern in the science center and gain invaluable experience from working under university level professionals.
